We kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience, and no later than May 1st.

As much as we love your little ones and your loved ones, our celebration is limited to those named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We recommend flying into Dulles International Airport (IAD) for the most convenient access. However, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is also an option.

We didn’t reserve hotel blocks, as many of our guests are local or staying with family. If you need a place to stay, there are plenty of hotels nearby—we recommend booking early!

Plenty of parking is available on site if you plan to drive. Uber and Lyft are also options in the area, but we strongly suggest booking your rides ahead of time, particularly when leaving.

We kindly ask that all guests to arrive by 5:00 PM at the latest. We would like everyone seated for the ceremony by 5:15 PM. The walk from the parking area to the ceremony site is short, but if you require assistance, a golf cart will be available to help with transportation.

Yes it will be. The reception is a very short walk to the reception.

If the weather’s on our side, the ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will flow between indoor and outdoor areas. We’ll have fans available to help everyone stay cool.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and limit photo-taking while our photographer and videographer are capturing special moments. We want everyone to be fully present and enjoy this special day with us.

During cocktail hour, we’ll be serving a variety of charcuterie. For the reception, a buffet featuring our favorite Caribbean dishes, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.

We’ll be offering an open bar with wine, beer, signature cocktails, lemonade, and iced tea. Last call will be at 10:15 PM.
